Join Us As A Volunteer
Individuals and groups are invited to join us as volunteers! Here are ways you can help.
Please join us in this exciting and important work. There are many ways for both adults and youth to get involved, no matter what your talents. Come for a one-time event or make a long-term commitment. Come as an individual or bring a group of friends with you.
Some volunteer opportunities include:
- Help sort donations for our Brightmoor Free Store during the week or help shoppers on Saturday mornings when the Brightmoor Free Store is open.
- Assist in preparing and/or serving breakfast for our Saturday morning shoppers to enjoy.
- Help with refurbishing the Brightmoor building to make it more appealing and functional for our programs.
- Spend time with the children that come to the Brightmoor Free Store with their parents on Saturday morning. Play games, color, do a craft, and more!
- Work in our community garden or consider making RBI the site for an Eagle Scout project.
- Look over our current programs to see where your skills might fit in. Contact us about other ways you might use your talents to assist in this work.
